NEW ZEALAND

We offer free postage for orders over $250 for purchases in New Zealand. For purchases under $250 the shipping will cost $10. For Rural addresses, the shipping will cost $15. Delivery charges are in New Zealand dollars and include GST, cover packaging, delivery and insurance.

ORDERS WILL NOT BE DISPATCHED UNTIL THE CORRECT POSTAGE IS PAID.

We support delivery of all of our products anywhere in New Zealand; however some isolated regions may require additional delivery time. If this is the case for your area we will notify you of this prior to processing your order.
The anticipated delivery time will be within 3-5 working days from the date the item is sent, unless an item ordered is out of stock, or you have provided a rural delivery address. In this case you will be notified of the expected additional delay.

The delivery company used is dependent on your delivery location and the size of the items ordered.

If your order is placed before 10am Monday - Friday, it will be dispatched the same day.


SALE ITEMS ARE DISPATCHED ON THURSDAYS. Orders must be in by 5pm on Wednesday to meet this deadline.

Our sale items are stored offsite (we have limited space in our store so we only have a small sale rack)

PLEASE NOTE: Once your items are packaged up, a courier is booked. The moment the courier is booked you will receive an email to tell you that your order has been dispatched, but it's actually just been booked for pick up from our store.

Delivery days ​are Monday to Friday. Excludes public holidays.

​Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you.​

When you select your shipping option - selecting NON SIGNATURE is giving the courier company Authority To Leave the package at your property. You must provide a secure and safe place for your order to be delivered.

We strongly recommend you select SIGNATURE REQUIRED.

Please only select AUTHORITY TO LEAVE if you have a safe and secure location for packages to be left.

For orders over $250 - SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED on delivery. 

Rural deliveries do not have the signature on delivery service.

Mirror Mirror Boutique is a small store - our in-store and online customers are shopping from the same stock. Our point of sale system updates as soon as an item is sold but if our system doesn't update, then the online item may be unfortunately unavailable. In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the options.​

UPDATE: DUE TO COVID19, INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT COSTS HAVE SKY ROCKETED - We have had to increase our International Shipping costs. 

If you would like a quote for shipping to Australia, please contact us before placing an order, otherwise you will be charged our flat rate. 

Postage is calculated by weight / size / value.

NOTE: If you have purchased PRE ORDER items that are arriving at different times, or multiple items - your order will be dispatched altogether. This means there may be a delay in receiving your order as it will be shipped once the last item arrives into our store.

Essential items such as medical supplies etc are being prioritised in the airport depots and your order may be held back before being dispatched.

As postage is calculated by weight and value, our rate varies for each order.

We can ship internationally.
