CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS:
Website sales can be returned for a refund on the following conditions:
If you are based outside of New Zealand, you have 14 days from the day that you receive your order to return your item(s). New Zealand customers have 7 days to return the item(s) from the day you receive your order.
We must be notified within 3 days via email if you will be returning an item. Please include your order number as a reference.
The item must be in an unworn condition. Original tags must still be attached. The receipt number must be supplied upon return. We do not offer free returns service. The customer must pay for the return using a tracked service, keeping a receipt as proof of purchase. (If the item is sent untracked, we take no responsibility for the item if it goes missing in transit)
Purchases made in store cannot be returned for a refund due to change of mind. However, in some instances we can issue a gift card if the item(s) are returned within 7 days of the purchase date. We must be notified within 3 days of the purchase. A copy of the receipt must also be supplied. Goods must be returned in an unused condition with all the original tags still attached. Sale items cannot be returned due to change of mind if purchased in store.
Items purchased with a gift card/gift voucher can not be refunded due to change of mind. You may exchange the item, or you will be re-issued a gift voucher.
Pre ordered items purchased in store or online can be returned within 14 days of the item arriving into your possession. We must be notified within 3 days of it arriving. CLEARANCE SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND. If the item is CLEARANCE, this will be stated in the product description.
LEATHER CARE liquids and aerosols cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind.
DUE TO HYGIENE:
EARRINGS cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind.
MASKS AND FILTERS cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind.
If any of our conditions are not followed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
How will I be refunded?
For website returns, you will be refunded via the method of payment that you used in the transaction.
For in store returns, you will be issued a gift card to be used within 12 months.
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a fault, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of receiving if possible).
Each faulty item is handled case by case so please contact us so we can sort this out for you. Photos and proof of purchase are necessary.
