MIRROR MIRROR BOUTIQUE ACCEPTS RETURNS FOR ORDERS PLACED ONLINE.
This criteria must be followed:
  • item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • item(s) must be in brand new and unworn/unused condition, this includes perfume sprays and pet hair.
  • item(s) must have all original tags still attached.
  • item(s) are not part of our CLEARANCE sale (this will be noted in the product title and / or the product description.) Regular sale items are eligible for return.
  • item(s) are not earrings, undergarments, facemasks (due to hygiene).
  • proof of purchase must be supplied by way of an order number.

 

Mirror Mirror Boutique reserves the right not to accept a return, if any of our returns policy above are not followed.

If you would like Mirror Mirror Boutique to organize a return ticket on your behalf, please contact us with your order number ready. We can organise this for non rural addresses only.

The customer will be required to pay for the returns postage.

Mirror Mirror Boutique does not accept responsibility for a return going missing in transit. We recommend keeping proof of purchase / tracking information from the courier service you have selected.

You will be refunded (excluding postage costs) via our website to the method of payment you used to place the order. Please note there may be slight delays with refunds with Laybuy.com. Unfortunately this is out of our control.

IN STORE PURCHASES:

Purchases made in store cannot be returned for a refund due to change of mind. However, in some instances we can issue a gift card if the item(s) are returned within 7 days of the purchase date. We must be notified within 3 days of the purchase. A copy of the receipt must also be supplied. Goods must be returned in an unused condition with all the original tags still attached. Sale items cannot be returned due to change of mind if purchased in store.

Items purchased with a ​gift card/gift voucher​ can not be refunded due to change of mind. You may exchange the item, or you will be re-issued a gift voucher.

 

 

PRE ORDERED ITEMS:

​Pre ordered ​items purchased in store or online can be returned within 14 days of the item arriving into your possession. We must be notified within 3 days of it arriving. Goods must be returned in an unused condition with the original tags still attached. If you are sending it back, the customer must pay for the return using a ​tracked service, ​keeping a receipt as proof of purchase. (If the item is sent untracked, we take no responsibility for the item if it goes missing in transit)



FAULTY RETURNS: 

​We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a fault, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of receiving if possible).

Each faulty item is handled case by case so please contact us so we can sort this out for you. Photos and proof of purchase are necessary before any action can be taken. 

Our usual process is the item is sent back to the supplier for investigation before further action can be taken.
