How do I pre order? WEBSITE ONLY 

​Sometimes we have a product available for pre order. If it for pre order, it will be noted in the description field of the product with an expected ETA that it arrives in store. Pre orders can be taken over the phone or on our website.

We require full payment of the item to secure it for you. There is free shipping for pre ordered items over the value of $100.

In the event that we do not receive a particular pre order or a size you that you have ordered due to circumstances out of our control, we will do our best to source it from another stockist or issue you a full refund. We will call you and discuss the options before any action is taken. 

In the event that you do not like your pre ordered item, we can offer a refund, provided the T & Cs below are followed. 

Status Anxiety pre orders:

Sometimes a particular style will be out of stock. There is a button on the product page where you can pre order from us. We place an order on the last day of every month, which your pre order will be added to. If Status Anxiety is out of stock of the particular item, we will be in contact to discuss your options. 

How do I pre order? IN STORE ONLY 

Sometimes we have a product available for pre order. If it is for pre order, our staff will give you a estimate on delivery. A 20% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your preorder - the item is to be paid off within 8 weeks of the item arriving in store. This can be done over the phone, with (if it is completed with the item will be dispatched right away) or via bank account transfer. If you change your mind, the 20% deposit can be used as a store credit in store (not online) 


​Do you have a size guide?

​Each item should have a size guide in the pictures of the product. As we stock many different brands, the sizings may vary. Make sure that you refer to the right size guide when taking measurements. Refer to our Size Guides for more information. If we don't have a size guide for a particular item please do not hesitate to give us a call or email us and we can give you accurate measurements.

​Can we reorder out of stock items?

​As our store stock is shared with our online store - we will sell out fast. If there is an item that you would like us to reorder we can do our best to attempt to get the item back in stock - keep in mind most of our suppliers usually do not have any extra stock available as our orders are done by indent months in advance.

Can I lay-buy an item or hold an item?

Yes. If you would like to lay-buy an item you will need to contact us immediately to avoid disappointment (this is because our website store and our brick and mortar store share the same stock) 20% non-refundable payment is required straight up via Paypal and the laybuy must be paid over eight weeks maximum. 

We also have Laybuy as a form of payment. You can Laybuy an item on our website and split the payments over 6 weeks, receiving the item straight away. Please read T & Cs before using this service. 

We can hold an item for a maximum of 24 hours. Unfortunately we cannot hold an item over weekends.


​My item I purchased is faulty, what do I do?

​We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of receiving if possible). Each faulty item is handled case by case so please contact us so we can sort this out for you. Photos will be necessary.

​Can any items go on backorder?

​No. All of our clothing orders are done on indent. Our point of sale system automatically updates our stock inventory levels as items are sold in store, but on the off chance that our system does not update our levels due to a system fault and you've purchased an item that has already been sold, one of our staff members will be in contact with you to issue a refund via Paypal within 48 hours. Beforehand, our staff will also check with our suppliers to see if the item you have ordered is still available.

​Can I have a discount?

​As we are small independent boutique clothing store we cannot give you a discount. Seasonally, some items will be available on our website on sale - but as we are a brick and mortar store with the same stock as our website, most of our sale items will only be available in store only.

Prices in store and on our website will always be the same. We do not have separate prices for stock in store.

However, Mirror Mirror Boutique occasionally has 'Flash Sales' at our discretion. The 'Flash Sale' may apply to in store only, or online only. 

Our website does not necessarily have all our stock displayed.

We have two Loyalty Programmes - one for instore and one for online purchases. After your first purchase in store, you will be eligible to sign up if you follow the instructions on your receipt. Email addresses are required for our programme. After your first purchase, each purchase you have will earn you Loyalty points (not redeemable for cash) that can used as 'payment' for items. These points can only be earned on full priced items. Being a Loyalty Programme customer, you will also be the first to know when exciting new things are happening at Mirror Mirror Boutique and have the first chance in our seasonal sales in-store. You can opt out of notifications at any time.

To ensure you're earning your Loyalty points notify us in store before you make your purchase, as once the transaction is complete the points cannot be added. 

For our online Loyalty Programme, you must sign up for an account. All our customers with accounts will automatically earn points with purchase. Our 70% OFF clearance sale products are excluded from earning points in our loyalty programme. Our Loyalty scheme is via 'Marsello'
